The Office of Information Technology supports St. Edward's in all things tech-related and works with students, faculty and staff to ensure campus hardware and software is working for them.
Our main mission is to make sure the tools you use on a daily basis just work, with no frustration. The four departments in OIT do this in several ways, including one-on-one-assistance at one of our three support offices:
You can get help anytime — even outside of the Help Desk’s normal hours — with our online Support Center.
There, you can search articles on lots of common tech issues and, if you still need help, submit a support case to our behind-the-scenes experts.
We know your experience at St. Edward’s isn’t about technology. But we want to make sure our technology improves that experience.
