Face Covering Update

Effective March 7, 2022, face coverings will be optional for all individuals on campus. Face coverings will still be required when visiting the Health and Counseling Center.

  • Please be considerate of campus community members who may still choose to wear face coverings or may not be comfortable around others who are not wearing face coverings.
  • Individuals may not independently require face coverings for campus events, gatherings or courses.

University Community Requirements

  • All individuals (including visitors) coming to campus must complete daily screenings on the TopperSafe app.
  • All unvaccinated individuals must complete weekly asymptomatic testing throughout the semester (excluding those learning, teaching, or working fully online and not accessing campus facilities).
  • Avoid visiting campus if you're experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or if you've recently been exposed to the virus.
